Service Disruption: In the event of a service disruption or outage that lasts for more than 24 hours, we will issue a prorated refund for the affected time period.
Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally place a duplicate order, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase.
Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we are unable to issue a refund.
Failure to Meet System Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection meet the system requirements for our ITV service. Refunds will not be issued if your device or internet connection does not meet these requirements.
Illegal Usage: Refunds will not be issued if our ITV service is used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
